SCOTTVILLE — Mason County Central High School will present An Evening of the Arts tonight. An art gallery designed by Rachel Brock will be open beforehand. The performances start at 7 p.m.. A freewill offering will go on throughout the event to benefit the Mason County Central Advanced Drama Class.

SCOTTVILLE — Mason County Central seventh grade social studies classes have been learning about ancient cultures such as Egypt, Greece, Rome and Persia. MCC forensics team places 3rd in state

Submitted by Coach Tom Richert.  Mason County Central capped off its final meet of the 2013 forensics year at state finals in Oakland University in Rochester Saturday. TRAVERSE CITY — Mason County Central track runner Chase Barnett set a new school record for the one mile race today at a meet in Traverse City.
