The Mason County Central Forensics Team, under the direction of Tom Richert, and Sean Carr brought 28 students to state finals at Oakland University last weekend. SCOTTVILLE — The Mason County Central Middle School Talent Showcase will be held Thursday, April 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the A.O. Carlson Gymnasium at MCC High School. The event will feature visual and performing arts from middle school students; performances begin on stage at 7 p.m.
The Mason County Central High School forensics team recently competed at the Birch Run Invitational tournament. The team placed first overall with a total of 236 points, out of 19 teams.
