Employment: Campus Technology & Facilities Support Technician 

West Shore Community College is seeking a qualified and dedicated Campus Technology and Facilities Support Technician to support the technology and facility needs of the college’s campus.

The position provides direct desktop, login and multi-factor authentication support for user accounts; manages audio-visual setups for classrooms; and assists with technology and equipment setups for campus events.

The technician also conducts routine building checks, monitors HVAC performance and assists with general facilities safety.

Qualified candidates should have an associate degree or higher in computer science, computer networking or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Candidates should also have prior experience in technology support, facilities support, campus operations or a related field.

The position reports to the Media Services & Learning Technical Coordinator.
