Weather spotter class offered Saturday.  LUDINGTON — Mason Co Emergency Management & the National Weather Service will be hosting a SkyWarn Weather Spotter class on Saturday April 21 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Ludington City Hall Community Room, 400 S.
