LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Martin

– Devin McKay Martin, 18, no address listed, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for felonies of kidnapping and criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – assault with intent to commit sexual penetration. Preliminary exam: Aug. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

Grassa

– Vincent Louis Grassa, 46, of 1817 W. Conrad Rd., Amber Township, was arrested by LPD for a felony of fourth-degree CSC and second-offense habitual offender designation. Preliminary exam: Aug. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Duell

– Luke Lorenzo Duell, 32, no address listed, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for felonies of third-offense domestic violence and interfering with an electronic communications device and a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Aug. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Mitchell

– Christian Lee Mitchell, 27, of 407 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: Aug. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Yeager

– Eric Nelson Yeager, 34, of 7862 E. Navajo Trail, Branch Township, was arrested by MSCO for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: Aug. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Vella

– Anthony David Vella, 31, of 6282 W. Bryant Rd., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested by MCSO for felonies of false pretenses $20,000 or more and uttering and publishing. Preliminary exam: Aug. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Strouse

– Jessica Lee Strouse, 33, of 711 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested by LPD for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Aug. 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– April Mehayle Pantojas, 37, of 9539 US 10, Branch; Michigan State Police (MSP); embezzlement less than $200. Pretrial: July 30 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Richard Lee James, 47, of 130 W. 2nd St., Ludington; MCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Aug. 6 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Connor William Willick, 19, of 1030 W. Johnson Rd., Amber Township; MCSO; OWI – underage blood alcohol content (BAC) .02-.07. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Billy Jack Mayse, 38, of 3571 E. Decker Rd., Custer Township; MCSO; operating a vehicle with a high BAC. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Marat Rustemovich Sabirov, 21, of c/o 6235 W. Shagway Rd., Hamlin Township; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: Aug. 6 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Bob Lee Gutschke, Jr., 38, of 509 7th St., Ludington; MCSO; marijuana possession and DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 6 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Blake Andrew Barrette, 17, of 105 W. Melendy St., Ludington; MSP; second-offense minor in possession of alcohol. Pretrial: Aug. 6 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Drew David Amstutz, 24, no address listed; MCSO; larceny less than $200. Pretrial: July 30 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
