Bacon’s preliminary exam adjourned

February 1, 2013

LUDINGTON — The preliminary court examination of Robert Crane Bacon has been adjourned, according to Prosecutor Paul Spaniola. Bacon is accused of embezzling over $96,000 from Mason County Eastern schools while he was employed as the district’s business manager. See related story.   The prelim has been rescheduled for Feb. 27 at 11:15 a.m.
