LUDINGTON — Two Ludington teens were arraigned recently for safe breaking and home invasion. Kaine Alexander Linstrom, 17, 418 N. Council may approve grant submission for Ludington Ave improvements

LUDINGTON — Ludington City Council will take a step forward in improving the west end of Ludington Avenue tonight during its regular meeting. It is expected to adopt a resolution to submit a $300,000 grant with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. The grant will help offset costs of the $479,000 project.
