Family of Josh Collins establishes official fund

The family of Josh Collins has established the Josh Collins Family Memorial Fund. Josh’s wife, Amanda, and their 10-month-old daughter, Lillian, died in a crash Wednesday night on Jebavy Drive in Hamlin Township.
