LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned this past week in front of the Mason County magistrate in 79th District Court.
Felony
– Jeremy Jason Bonneau, 39, of 6765 Ann St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 2 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of operating while intoxicated, third offense. A preliminary exam is set for Feb. 12 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Eric James Friedley, 37, of 210 E. Danaher St. Ludington, was arrested Jan. 31 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a misdemeanor of second-offense domestic violence. A pretrial exam is set for March 3 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Jody Lee Goodman, 44, of 4860 N. Cleveland St., Fountain, was arrested Feb. 4 by the Michigan State Police, Hart Post (MSP-H) for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial exam is set for March 10 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,5000/personal.
– Kendall Jay Walworth, 22, of 1719 N. Lincoln Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 31 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. A pretrial is set for March 3 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Georgia Rae Makowicki, 53, of 105 Fourth St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 18 by LPD for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for March 3 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Reenya Bilal-Clinton Burrell, 22, no address listed, was arrested Jan. 30 by LPD for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. A pretrial is set for March 3 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Christopher Lloyd Rosenow, 35, of 451 W. Free Soil Rd., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 29 by LPD for a misdemeanor of second-offense domestic violence. A pretrial is set for Feb. 10 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
– Lori Ann Holden, 35, of 915 Maple St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 30 by a MCSO for a misdemeanor of second-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set for March 3 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
– Joshua Dillon Wassenaar, 26, of 8914 W. Central Park Blvd., Baldwin, was arrested Jan. 29 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-degree retail fraud. A pretrial is set forFeb. 10 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
– Aleesha Marie Couturier, 17, no address listed, was arrested Jan. 25 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of third-offense minor in possession (MIP). A pretrial is set for March 3 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
– Will Scotty-McWayne Martin, 18, of 202 W. Beryl St., Scottville, was arrested Jan. 29 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of stalking. A pretrial is set for Feb. 24 at 2:30 p.m.Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
