PM Highway construction begins Thursday; traffic detoured to US 31.

PERE MARQUETTE TWP. — Pere Marquette Highway will be closed beginning Thursday, Oct. 8 to Wednesday, Oct. 14 between Sixth Street and Conrad Road. During that time, Michigan Department of Transportation will be upgrading the railroad crossing in that area. The official MDOT detour is U.S. 31 expressway.
