LUDINGTON — A 24-year-old Allendale man is scheduled to undergo a sex-offender-specific psychological exam at the end of the month regarding his criminal sexual conduct (CSC) case in 51st Circuit Court, said Mason County Prosecutor Paul Spaniola Tuesday, Oct. 20.

William Rhody Dwyer, Jr., faces two felony counts of first-degree CSC – victim under 13/defendant over 17 and one felony count of second-degree CSC – victim under 13/defendant over 17. Dwyer is currently lodged in the Mason County Jail on a $25,000/cash/surety bond.

He appeared in court Tuesday with his attorney, Patrick Fragel.

The case will be put on court’s trial calendar, but will be scheduled for a pretrial hearing if an agreement can be reached before trial.
