Breakwater partially closed.

Breakwater partially closed. LUDINGTON — The Ludington Police Department has announced that it has partially closure the North Breakwater from the bend to the lighthouse, effective at 1:30 p.m. today. The closure was made due to water level, wind and wave conditions. It will be re-opened when conditions subside.
