17-year-old arrested for third-offense alcohol possession.

The following is recent police activity in Mason County:
Tuesday, July 24, 2018:
– 1:20 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 17-year-old Ludington man was arrested for probation violation and third-offense minor in possession of alcohol, Poplar Road near East Wilson Trial, Custer Township.
Thursday, July 26, 2018:
– 4:25 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Nelson Road, Pere Marquette Township. A 30-year-old Ludington woman was cited for no operator’s license and failure to yield right-of-way.
– 6:56 p.m., (MCSO), assist Pere Marquette Fire Deaprtment, Bonnie Street, Pere Marquette Township. A reported fire was unfounded.
– 7 p.m., (MCSO) one-vehicle crash, minor injuries, Dewey Road east of Jebavy Drive, Hamlin Township.
– 9:43 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Millerton and Schoenherr roads, Sherman Township.
– 10:05 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive and Johnson Road, Pere Marquette Township.
