UPDATED. AMBER TWP. — Elna Elaine Krupa, 83, of Ludington died Wednesday afternoon as a result of injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of U.S. 10-31 and Dennis Road. Bill will give veterans credit for firefighter training
