LUDINGTON — Safe Harbor Credit Union is sponsoring its fourth annual Halloween Parade in downtown Ludington on Saturday, Oct. 31, beginning at 1:30 p.m. Activities begin at noon at the Mason County Courthouse with Halloween games, prizes, costume pictures and trick-or-treat bags.
