Obituary: Rosetta Taylor, 91, Custer. Rosetta Jane Taylor, 91, of Custer passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 10, 2017.  Rosetta was born on October 10, 1925 in Custer, the daughter of Walter and Olive (Hannah) Forbes.  On May 1, 1947 she married Claud J.
