Freedom Festival seeks community support amid funding shortfall

LUDINGTON — Organizers of the JCI Ludington Freedom Festival are warning that a significant funding shortfall could jeopardize the future of one of the community’s longest-running traditions as preparations continue for this year’s Independence Day celebration and the nation’s 250th anniversary. 90th birthday party for Dale Sutton
