-Ryan Steven Brock, 44; second-degree home invasion and possession of a controlled substance — narcotic/cocaine; arrested May 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 7; preliminary hearing: May 21; bail: $50,000 cash.

Yates
-Rojelio Cody Yates, 36; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy; arrested March 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 2; preliminary hearing: May 14; bail: $10,000 cash. READ related story here

-David Robert Southern, 46; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy; arrested May 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 5; preliminary hearing: May 21; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Horton
-Corey James Horton, 29; third-offense domestic violence and assault with a dangerous weapon; arrested April 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 1; preliminary hearing: May 21; bail: $10,000.

-Arthur Alan Nottage, 73; driving while license suspended; arrested March 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 2; pretrial: May 19; bail: $250 cash.
-Tyler Christian Bromley, 25; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested March 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 1; pretrial: May 19; bail: personal recognizance.
-Brandon Levi Quinn, 34; purchasing a pistol without a license; arrested Feb. 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 1; pretrial: May 7; bail: $500/10 percent.
-Michael Scott O’Brien, Jr., 24; domestic violence; arrested April 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 1; pretrial: May 19; bail: $250 cash.
-Ana Eulogia Garcia, 18; domestic violence; arrested April 30 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 1; pretrial: May 19; bail: personal recognizance.
-Daryl Eugene Billings, 44; second-offense domestic violence; arrested May 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 5; pretrial: May 19; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Daniel Lee Adams, 69; trespassing; arrested May 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 7; pretrial: May 19; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Robert Allan Graves, 48; transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle and second-offense driving while license suspended; arrested April 1 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 1; pretrial: May 19; bail: personal recognizance.
