LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Portman
– Brett Fredrick Portman, 66, pleaded guilty March 11 to three counts of breaking and entering with intent and was sentenced May 6 to one year in jail with credit for 155 days served; five years probation; $1,479.27 in restitution; and $794 in fines and costs. Two counts of breaking and entering with intent were dismissed.
Fenner
– Bryan Scott Fenner, 34, pleaded guilty March 11 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced May 6 to one year in jail with credit for 140 days served; three years probation; vehicle immobilization for one year; and $1,073 in fines and costs.
Rodriguez
– Chunky Anthony Rodriguez, 29, pleaded “no contest” March 11 to assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence and was sentenced May 6 to 137 days in jail with credit for 137 days served; two years probation; and $708 in fines and costs.
