Victim airlifted following crash.
#MasonCounty
CUSTER TOWNSHIP — The male driver involved in a single-vehicle crash Sunday, Aug. 5, at 7:11 a.m. on US 10 near Darr Road was airlifted due to serious injuries, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
The injured man “was initially treated at Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital and then flown to a downstate hospital for additional treatment for serious injuries,” Cole said.
A female passenger was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at Spectrum Health in Ludington.
The case remains under investigation by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office.
