The following is recent police activity in Mason County:
Sunday, July 30, 2017:
– 9:30 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 36-year-old Custer woman was arrested for domestic violence, Deer Grove Road near Fox Den Road, Logan Township.
Monday, July 31, 2017:
– 4:45 p.m., (MSP), a Ludington man was cited for driving without insurance, Mason County Jail parking lot, City of Ludington.
Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2017:
– 6:40a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 10 and Amber Road, Amber Township.
– 9:05 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, First Street near Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
– 11:51 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), larceny, 200 block of South Washington Avenue, City of Ludington.
– 2 p.m., (MSP), domestic assault, near US 10, Custer Township.
– 5:01 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, minor injuries, US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
