Home invasion tops recent arraignments, Oct. 24, 2019.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Williams

-Robert Christopher Williams, 35, of 4663 N. Spaulding Ave., Apt. 3, Spaulding, Illinois, was arrested Oct. 19 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of first degree home invasion. Harris

-Katie Ann Harris, 34, of 986 S. Oceana Dr., Shelby, was arrested Oct. 21 by LPD on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: Oct. 30 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Case

-Matthew Jason Case, 46, of 926 E. Tinkham Ave., Apt. 313, Ludington, was arrested Oct. 17 by LPD on felony charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, domestic violence and habitual offender supplemental warrant. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 30 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

LeClair

-Joseph Michael LeClair, 59, homeless, was arrested Oct. 18 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCS) on two felony counts of controlled substance – double penalty. Misdemeanors

-Blake Thomas Bladzik, 21, of 2508 N. 18th St., Sheridan Township; June 9; MCSO; aggravated assault. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jeremiah Phillip Meyers, 37, of 8584 N. Tuttle Rd., Free Soil Township; Oct. 22; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Nov. 25 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Chad Alan Shine, 36, of 617 Church St., Waylan; Oct. 12; MSP; OWI. Pretrial: Nov. 18 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Michael Allen Grant, 46, of 27 S. Monroe, Lot 36, Custer; Oct. 11; MSP; OWI. Pretrial: Nov. 25 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jack E. Lilleberg, 20, of 16032 Knobhill, Linden; Sept. 21; MCSO; malicious destruction to a building. Pretrial: Nov. 18 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Frederick Anthony Lewins, III, 27, of 105 Holly Ct., Manistee; Oct. 12; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretriall: Nov. 4 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
