CSC against child tops 79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court.

Felonies

Yennior

-Joseph Lynn Yennior, Jr., 29, of 109 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested July 15 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on two felony counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim is at least 13 years of age and under 16 years of age) and habitual offender supplemental warrant. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 14 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.

Cole

-Anthony Nelson Cole, 48, of 206 S. Jackson Rd., Ludington, was arrested July 30 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of first-degree home invasion, interfering with an electronic communications device and domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 14 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Jeremy Dean Daily, 25, of 5815 Ryerson Rd., Twin Lake, was arrested April 1 by LPD on a felony charge of attempted first-degree home invasion. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 14 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Stefanie Louise Flood, 31, of 2606 N. Lakeshore Dr., Hamlin Township; July 31; LPD; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OUI). Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Daniel James Ruble, 48, of 74 S. Madison Ave., Custer; Aug. 1; Michigan State Police (MSP); second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 19 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Deborah Jean DelZoppo, 61, of 6455 Iris Rd., Pere Marquette Township; Aug. 1; LPD; operating a boat while under the influence of liquor. Pretrial: Aug. 19 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Melissa Michelle Brunette, 59, of 703 N. Lavinia St., Ludington; Aug. 1; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jayden David Wolf Lampman, 17, of 309 W. James St., Scottville; July 11; Scottville Police Department (SPD); malicious destruction of personal property. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Curt Douglas York, 48, of 103 W. Haight St., Ludington; July 31; LPD; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance.
