Bobcat hit on US 10.

AMBER TOWNSHIP – A bobcat was struck by a vehicle Wednesday, April 3, shortly after 9 p.m. at US 10 and Stiles Road, according to Michigan State Police Sgt. Charles Hockanson of the Hart post.

“We usually get one of those at least once a year,” Hockanson said.

No other information was immediately available.

Tuesday, April 2, 2019:

– 9:10 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 39-year-old Ludington man was arrrested for domestic violence in the 5000 block of West US 10 in Pere Marquette Township after deputies were called to a local motel for a reported intoxicated man wandering around the property, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole. “A deputy located the man and noticed he had cut his hand. Upon checking with others in the motel room, it was discovered he had attempted to punch another person; missed; and hit the wall.”

Wednesday, April 3, 2019:

– 7:15 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 and Gordon Road, Amber Township.

– 7:28 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 east of Gordon Road, Amber Township.

– 3:50 p.m., (MSP), a 24-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for domestic assault, 100 block of Bonnie Street, Pere Marquette Township.

– 4:29 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 22-year-old Ludington man was arrested for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop, West Filer Street and South Rath Avenue, City of Ludington.

– 4:39 p.m., (MSP), disorderly person, no arrest, 5000 block of US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 8:40 p.m., (MSP), a 50-year-old Branch woman was arrested for operating without insurance, US 10 and Taylor Road, Branch Township.

– 9:10 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Quarterline and Nuremberg roads, Grant Township.

– 9:35 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Custer Road and Main Street, Sherman Township.
