Illinois man arrested on several charges following reckless driving complaint.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP – A 56-year-old Bloomington, Illinois man was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office on charges of second-offense driving while license suspended, operating without insurance and for a misdemeanor warrant following a report of a reckless driver Tuesday, March 5, shortly after 10 p.m. on Pere Marquette Highway near First Street, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

  • 10:20 a.m., (Michigan State Police), gas drive-off, $30.71 stolen, Scottville EZ Mart, US 10, Custer Township.
  • 11:10 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), breaking and entering, 700 block of North Rowe Street, City of Ludington.
  • 11:26 a.m., (MCSO), vehicle slide-off, no damage/no injury, Stiles and Fisher roads, Victory Township.
  • 3 p.m., (MSP), hit-and-run crash, no injuries, Pere Marquette Highway and First Street, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 6:06 p.m,. (MCSO), vehicle slide-off, no damage/no injury, US 31 and Fountain Road, Sherman Township.
  • 7:30 p.m,. (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Campbell Road north of Dewey Road, Sheridan Township.
  • 7:57 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Custer Road north of Decker Road, Sherman Township.

Wednesday, March 6, 2019:
