The following is recent police activity in Mason County:
Monday, Jan. 14, 2019:
– 3:43 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 36-year-old Reed City, Michigan man was cited for open intoxicants following a traffic stop, Johnson and Amber roads, Amber Township.
– 10:23 a.m., (MCSO), a 48 year-old Ludington man was cited for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop, US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
– 2:46 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), disturbance, 100 block of North Washington Avenue, City of Ludington.
– 4:05 p.m., (MCSO), attempted breaking and entering, 5800 block of North US 31, Victory Township. The home owner reported someone had attempted to enter a home, but no entry was gained.
– 7 p.m., (Michigan State Police), domestic assault, under investigation, 100 block of Main Street, Village of Custer.
Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019:
– 12:35 p.m., (LPD), disturbance, 200 block of East Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington.
– 3:35 p.m., (LPD), unwanted subject, 300 block of East Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington.
– 6:20 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive north of Bryant Road, Pere Marquette Township.
– 8:59 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Amber Township.
