The following is recent police activity in Mason County:

Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019:

– 7:19 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/coyote crash, no injury, Stiles Road north of Fountain Road, Victory Township.

– 10 a.m., (Michigan State Police), traffic policing for shutting down US 31 near Conrad Road, Amber Township. Consumers Energy was stringing cable across the expressway, requiring that it be shut down for approximately 10 minutes, said MSP Sgt. Adam Clement.

– 6:07 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, 5600 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 6:54 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Meyers Road, Pere Marquette Township.

Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019:

– 8:15 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), domestic violence, 900 block of East Tinkham Avenue, City of Ludington.

– 12:07 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Rasmussen Road east of Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.

– 12:10 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Walhalla Road north of First Street, Branch Township.

– 2:52 p.m., (LPD), disturbance, 800 block of North Harrison Street, City of Ludington.

– 5 p.m., (MSP), second-degree criminal sexual conduct, Pere Marquette Township.
