Police: 20 crashes over the weekend, 12 involving deer.

MASON COUNTY – The Mason County Sheriff’s Office and the Hart post of the Michigan State Police responded to a combined 20 vehicle crashes over the weekend, and a dozen of those crashes involved deer.
The following is police activity over the weekend in Mason County:
Friday, Nov. 9, 2018:
– 6:07 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle rollover crash, no injury, Custer and Powers roads, Custer Township.
– 1 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 east of Maple Road, Branch Township.
– 2:15 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer, crash, no injury, Tyndall Road south of Decker Road, Branch Township.
– 5:25 p.m., (MSP), gas drive-off, $20 in fuel stolen, Scottville EZ Mart, Custer Township.
– 5:55 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Johnson Road west of US 31, Amber Township.
– 6:10 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Angling and Manales roads, Victory Township.
– 6:52 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Marrison Road east of Tuttle Road, Eden Township.
– 10:20 p.m., (MSP), a 21-year-old Ludington man was arrested for driving while license suspended and on a fugitive warrant, West US 10 near Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018:
– 4:40 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle rollover crash, minor injury, Custer Road north of Kinney Road, Eden Township.
– 8:48 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, US 31 and Townline Road, Free Soil Township.
– 9:17 a.m.., (MCSO), one-vehicle rollover crash, no injury, US 31 north of Fountain Road, Sherman Township.
– 10:54 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, minor injury, Sugar Grove Road west of Custer Road, Sherman Township.
– 11:15 a.m., (MSP), civil dispute, 3600 block of West Hidden Forest Drive, Amber Township.
– 1:25 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle rollover crash, minor injury, Hoague Road east of Darr Road, Free Soil Township.
– 1:59 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Benson and Decker roads, Branch Township.
– 4:40 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
– 5:35 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Brye Road south of Johnson Road, Amber Township.
