Police recover stolen truck.
#MasonCountyCrime
SHERIDAN TOWNSHIP – A 2000 Ford F-150 pickup truck was reported stolen Monday, Sept. 17, at 8:36 a.m. in the 6500 block of East Decker Road, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
The truck was later recovered in a parking lot in Pere Marquette Township. The case remains under investigation.
Other Mason County Sheriff’s Office activity Monday, Sept. 17, 2018 includes:
– 6:10 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 north of Hansen Road, Custer Township.
– 10:01 a.m., parole violation arrest, 1100 block of North Washington Avenue, Pere Marquette Township.
– 1 p.m., damaged property — vehicle, 4300 block of North US 31. Sherman Township. The case remains under investigation.
– 6:27 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road west of Dennis Road, Victory Township.
– 11:46 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 and Stiles Road, Amber Township.
