Warrant arrests, car/deer crashes top police activity.

The following is police activity in Mason County Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2018:
– 1:11 a.m., (Michigan State Police), car/deer crash, US 31 and Fountain Road, Sherman Township.
– 5:44 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, Stiles Road south of Hansen Road, Amber Township.
– 7:20 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Hansen and Dennis roads, Amber Township.
– 5:50 p.m., (MSP), larceny, under investigation, US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
– 9:21 p.m,. (MCSO), warrant arrest, Scottville and Chauvez roads, Eden Township. A 24-year-old Scottville man was arrested following a traffic stop on an outstanding warrant out of Grand Traverse County on an original charge of operating while intoxicated.
– 9:27 p.m., (MSP), a 26-year-old Custer man was arrested on a warrant in the Applebee’s service drive near US 10, Amber Township.
