BRANCH TOWNSHIP — A 31-year-old Branch man was arrested for probation violation, Tuesday, May 2, at 11:05 p.m. in the 100 block of South Stephens Avenue.

“The subject was found to be intoxicated after MCSO deputies responded to his residence regarding an unrelated matter,” said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

– Midnight, (Michigan State Police), suspicious noises, 6000 block of Sixth Street, Hamlin Township.

– 8:10 a.m., (MSP), neighbor dispute, 4600 block of West Deren Road, Summit Township.

– Noon, (MSP), car/deer crash, US 31 near LaSalle Road, Grant Township.
