79th District Court arraignments include sex crimes, meth lab offenses

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in front of the 79th District Court Magistrate:

Felonies

Dwyer

– William Rhody Dwyer, 24, of 11365 Kistler Ave., Apt. 109, Allendale, was arrested April 29 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for two felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) – victim under 13/defendant over 17 and one felony count of second-degree CSC – victim under 13/defendant over 17. Preliminary exam was May 6. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Crawford

– Graham Joseph Crawford, 33, of 206 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested April 30 by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of controlled substance – operating/maintaining a laboratory involving methamphetamine; controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine; and fourth-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: May 13 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

Maccune

– Jon Lloyd Maccune, 23, no address listed, was arrested May 2 by MCSO for a felony of assault of a jail employee and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: May 20 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety. Related story here

Anderson

– David James Anderson, 62, of 446 Everett Dr., Lansing, was arrested May 1 by the Hart post of the Michigan State Police (MSP) for two felony counts of second-degree CSC. Probable cause hearing: May 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent. Related story here

Wittlieff

– Mara Lynn Wittlieff, 20, no address listed, was arrested May 5 by SSCENT for felonies of controlled substance – operating/maintaining a laboratory involving methamphetamine and accessory after the fact – felony. Probable cause hearing: May 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Orman

– Willis Edward Orman III, 35, of 527 E. Green St., Hastings, was arrested May 1 by MCSO for felonies of larceny in a building; receiving and concealing stolen property over $200/less than $1,000; and third-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: May 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Hurst

– Lauri Ann Hurst, 35, no address listed, was arrested May 1 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for three felony counts of resisting/opposing/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: May 13 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Garn

– Nathan Sean Garn, 25, of 332 S. Meyers Rd., Ludington, was arrested May 5 by SSCENT for a felony of controlled substance – delivery of marijuana and second-offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: May 20 at 3 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Stever

– Justin Michael Stever, 24, of 332 S. Meyers Rd., Ludington, was arrested May 5 by SSCENT for a felony of controlled substance – delivery of marijuana. Probable cause hearing: May 20 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Brockwell

– Robert Michael Brockwell, 47, of 4629 S. Benedict Rd., Ludington, was arrested May 2 by LPD for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated. Probable cause hearing: May 13 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent cash.

Misdemeanors

– Trevor Keaton Fay, 27, of 316 N. Lavinia St., Ludington, was arrested May 3 by LPD for misdemeanors of assault and battery and public intoxication. Pretrial: May 18 at 1:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Victor Clarence Adamczak, 41, of 1446 Hoague Rd., Manistee, was arrested April 29 by MSP for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: May 18 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Jesse Allen Outwater, 30, of 803 Diana St., Ludington, was arrested April 28 by LPD for a misdemeanor of controlled substance – possession of marijuana. Pretrial: May 18 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– James Lee Seal, 25, of 401 N. Thomas St., Scottville, was arrested April 30 by the Scottville Police Department for a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Pretrial: May 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Drew Percy Amy, 25, of 1253 N. Gordon Rd., Scottville, was arrested April 30 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of controlled substance – possession of marijuana. Pretrial: June 1 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Ryan Edward Roberts, 30, of 2310 N. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington, was arrested May 2 by MSP for a misdemeanor of solid waste – general violation (illegal burning). Pretrial: May 111 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Christopher Edward Swantek, 52, of 1631 Goff Rd., Fountain, was arrested May 4 by MCSO for a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: June 8 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Jessica Ann Woodring, 22, of 204 W. Third St., Scottville, was arrested April 30 by MSP for a misdemeanor of failure to maintain security. Pretrial: June 1 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
