UPDATED: LUDINGTON —A Lansing-area attorney has been arraigned on charges of being sexually involved with a minor under the age of 13. David Anderson, 62, 446 Everett Dr., Lansing, was arrested by Michigan State Police and charged with two separate felony counts of criminal sexual conduct second degree, according to Mason County Prosecuting Attorney Paul Spaniola.

Spaniola said the charges stem of two separate incidents that occurred last year at a hunting camp in Sherman Township, both involving the same alleged victim.

Anderson was arraigned in 79th District Court on May 1 and his bond was set at $15,000. He is scheduled for a preliminary examination on May 13 at 3 p.m.
