Varsity Boys Assistant Soccer Coach, Hart Public Schools

Qualifications:

• Previous Soccer coaching experience preferred
• Desire to build the program from the youth to High School
• Ability to connect with High School students
• Demonstrated leadership experience and skills
• Organization and communication skills
• Represent Hart Athletics in the community
• Long-term commitment
• Cooperate with other sports offered by Hart Public Schools and encourage
• multi-sport participation
• Help continue building a culture of success
• Support the off-season program

Requirements:

• Criminal Records Check: By law, the selected applicant is required to complete a criminal records check.  This will be at the prospective employee’s expense and kept on file at the Central Business Office.
• Completion of all School District paperwork
• First Aid Card (CPR and AED trained).Can be done after being hired.

Location:   Hart High School

Estimated Starting Date: As soon as possible     

Reports to: Athletic Director

Salary:  Salary in keeping with the salary schedule as negotiated with the Hart Board of Education
