Student Success Coordinator, Hart Public Schools

 Qualifications:  Candidate must have the ability to:

• Provide Student Services, Educational Development Plans, and Write Personal Curriculums
• Serve as the MME/SAT Coordinator, MI-Access Coordinator, Credit Recovery
• Complete ASM Tech paperwork
• Develop Behavior, Attendance, Academic Intervention Plans, Career Cruising Administrator, Coordinate College Rep Visitations, ISS Supervisor, and Monitor Mentor Program
• Provide Staff Services; PowerSchool Support, Data Collection, etc.
• Provide Parent Services; Parent Meetings, P/T Conferences, FAFSA, etc.
• Understand data as it relates to this position
• Provide other services as needed
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• School Counselor Endorsement or School Social Worker Endorsement preferred

Criminal Records Check: By law, the selected applicant is required to complete a criminal records check. This will be at the prospective employee’s expense and kept on file at the Central Business Office.

Locations:  Hart High School and Hart Middle School (Grades 7-12)

Estimated Starting Date:  August 2021

Reports to:  Building Principal

Salary:  Salary is $35,000 plus benefits.
