Oakview Medical Care Facility (“Owner”) will receive qualifications and proposals for

ARCHITECT / ENGINEER (A/E) DESIGN SERVICES AND

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (CM)

OF A PROPOSED ADDITION AND RENOVATIONS PROJECT FOR 

 OAKVIEW MEDICAL CARE FACILITY

Request for Proposal documents can also be obtained at the offices of Plante Moran Living Forward, 27400 Northwestern Highway, Southfield, MI 48034 starting January 6th, 2020 at 1 p.m.  Please contact Eric Dumont by email at eric.dumont@plantemoran.com for additional information and/or any questions.

A pre-bid walk thru at the facility is currently scheduled for January 13, 2020 starting at 1 p.m. EST.  Please plan to meet at the front entrance of the facility. 

Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularities therein and accept the proposal, which will best serve Owner’s interest.
