Public Notice: Mason County Emergency Repair Deferred Loan Program

Homeowner Rehab funds up to $40,000 per household are available for residents of Mason County with incomes at or below 80% of the area medium income.  Funds can be used to complete any emergency home repairs including furnaces, water & sewer hookup, handicap ramps, electrical and plumbing issues, etc.
