Office Manager, Mason County Road Commission
The Mason County Road Commission is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Office Manager. The qualified applicant will have a working knowledge of Payroll, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Scheduling and other office procedures; experience working with a complex computerized financial management system; Skill in the use of Microsoft Office applications; Extensive experience and familiarity with administrative and financial procedures and proven ability to exercise discretion, good judgment and take initiative; Willingness to be a team player, assisting internally when required and be a diligent public steward.
An Associate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related area is desirable; Five years responsible work experience in finance and/or accounting with an emphasis on governmental or public agency accounting preferred; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
