Junior Varsity Softball Coach
Qualifications:
Previous Softball Coaching experience preferred
Desire to build the program from the youth to High School
Ability to connect with High School students
Demonstrated leadership experience and skills
Organization and communication skills
Represent Hart Athletics in the community
Long-term commitment
Cooperate with other sports offered by Hart Public Schools and encourage multi-sport participation Help continue building a culture of success
Help develop and implement an off-season program
Requirements:
Completion of all School District paperwork
First Aid Card (CPR and AED trained).Can be done after being hired.
Criminal Records Check: By law, the selected applicant is required to complete a criminal records check. This will be at the prospective employee’s expense and kept on file at the Central Business Office.
Location: Hart High School
Estimated Starting Date: As soon as possible
Reports to: Athletic Director
Salary: Salary in keeping with the salary schedule as negotiated with the Hart Board of Education
