Qualifications:

  • Process payroll on bi-weekly bases
  • Process ACH (Direct Deposits)
  • Process Federal and State Taxes
  • Process and submit retirement payments to Office of Retirement Services (ORS) on a bi-weekly basis
  • ACA Reporting on a bi-weekly basis
  • Process Attendance
  • Process Final Salary Affidavit’s (FSA)
  • Process Employment Claims/Charges/Hearings
  • Process MESC Reporting
  • Process Quarterly 941’s
  • Process W-2’s
  • Assist with Audits
  • Employee orientation
  • Manage the fingerprinting process for employees
  • Recordkeeping of employee certifications
  • Maintain personnel/payroll records
  • Knowledge of HEA, HESPA and HTA Contracts
  • Knowledge of Insurance Plans
  • Process Insurance Enrollments
  • Complete Monthly Insurance Reconciliation
  • Process Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) information as needed
  • Submit Registry of Educational Personnel (REP) June 30 and December 1 of each year
  • Update and/or draft forms as needed
  • Provide employee support
  • Notary Public
  • Job Postings
  • Work closely with Business Services
  • Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent

Criminal Records Check: By law, the selected applicant is required to complete a criminal records check. This will be at the prospective employee’s expense and kept on file at the Central Business Office.

Location: Central Business Office

Estimated Starting Date: September 2022

Reports to: Superintendent

Salary: $44,972 computed on a 260 day per year contract
