Employment Opportunity: Coordinator of Instructional Design and Assessment.

West Shore Community College seeks an innovative, motivated individual to fill the position of Coordinator of Instructional Design and Assessment.

This is a one-year position with the intent to continue after the first year. The Coordinator facilitates the identification and implementation of innovative, emerging educational technologies, as well as assisting faculty with application of effective technology use and instructional design in online, blended, and in person instructional modalities.

The proper candidate will possess a master’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, educational technology, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job, and have two or more years prior experience and/or training that includes instructional design, educational technology, media production, and learning management system use or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
