Base Bid: Single, All Trades package for this project.

Complete demolition and removal of all structures located at 2290 N. 34th St. Fountain, MI 49410, miscellaneous site clearing, backfilling, capping of utilities, etc.

RECEIPT OF BIDS: Single All Trades Bids will be received by July 2, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the Mason County Treasurer’s Office.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.  Sealed Bids shall be addressed to:

Each Bid submitted must be accompanied by bid security of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Bid.  Bid Bond or Cashier’s Check only.  Personal Checks not accepted.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.  The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any other bid and reserves the right to waive any informalities in any or all bids.

All bids must be guaranteed for a period of thirty (30) days from Bid Due Date.
