LUDINGTON — Todd Lane Johnson, 39, 624 W. Hansen Road, Amber Township, has been charged by the Mason County Prosector’s office for criminal sexual conduct third degree. Bacon’s preliminary exam adjourned

LUDINGTON — The preliminary court examination of Robert Crane Bacon has been adjourned, according to Prosecutor Paul Spaniola. Bacon is accused of embezzling over $96,000 from Mason County Eastern schools while he was employed as the district’s business manager.
