Ludington Municipal Marina will receive $20,000 towards dredging if a plan by Gov. Rick Snyder is approved. A plan to dredge Michigan harbors, due to decreasing Great Lakes water levels, would rely on $21 million as proposed by Snyder in his budget plan announced last week, Mlive.com reported.
