LUDINGTON — During Monday’s City Council meeting, Ludington Police Chief Mark Barnett announced the promotion of Steve Wietrzywoski to the rank of sergeant. During the meeting, Wietrzywoski also received recognition from Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole for his work on the county’s special emergency response team (SERT).
