LUDINGTON — Jeri Lynn Talmadge, 55, of Ludington was arraigned in 79th District Court Friday, Dec. 18, on felony charges of possession of cocaine, possession of morphine and maintaining a drug house, according to a press release issued by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT).
