SCOTTVILLE — The 14th annual Howard Hornung Memorial Concert will be held tonight at the Scottville Clown Band Shell, beginning at 7 p.m. Hornung served as Ludington Area Schools music director for many years. All monies donated are used for scholarships for area musicians who plan to study music in college.
