LUDINGTON — Former Mason County Eastern business manager Robert Bacon turned down a plea bargain Tuesday morning in circuit court.   LUDINGTON — The Ludington Area Schools Board of Education is expected to approve a bid to C&I Electrical of Ludington for electrical work. C&I was the low bidder at $92,000.
