Ludington school board may approve electrical bids tonight

LUDINGTON — The Ludington Area Schools Board of Education is expected to approve a bid to C&I Electrical of Ludington for electrical work. C&I was the low bidder at $92,000. The board had budgeted $200,000 for electrical work, which also includes $16,000 for an electrical engineer. Electrical upgrades are expected to begin during spring break next week.

The board is also expected to approve spending $10,080 on radios from Nick’s Radio of Hamlin Township.

The board meets at 6 p.m. at the Central Business Office.
