CUSTER — Mason County Eastern Public School voters approved a 19.2595 mill renewal for the next 20 years. The district is allowed to tax properties except principal residences and other property exempted by law. It is expected to raise approximately $1 million in revenue for the district in 2013.
CUSTER — Mason County Eastern High School’s School Student Council participated in the annual highway cleanup Wednesday, May 8th. The MCE student council has adopted the highway from Custer to Scottville and cleans up the highway twice a year as part of their community service.
